Virtual Consultation In order to prepare for your virtual consultation, we require you to send us the following photos for your consultation (JPEG/JNG format required): - Frontal - Left and right side profile Electronic Communication policy: Please respond to this email to confirm your acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the risks, limitations, conditions of use, and instructions for use of the selected electronic communications (Email, video conferencing, website portal, social media, text messaging, and other). You acknowledge that either Icelyn and the staff may, at any time, withdraw the option of communicating electronically through the Services upon providing written notice, any questions you had have been answered. Cancellation Policy: We understand there’s unexpected circumstances may happen. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours (2 days) prior to your booked session. You will be credited for your future booking session that can be scheduled any time. Please note, the $50 deposit will be forfeited if cancellations or changes are made to the booking after the 48 window concludes. Booked sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
