We understand there’s unexpected circumstances may happen. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours (2 days) prior to your booked session. You will be credited for your future booking session that can be scheduled any time. Please note, the deposit will be forfeited if cancellations or changes are made to the booking after the 48 window concludes. Booked sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions.
