The Anti-Salon

The House on Lovers was founded by the sought after Dallas Colorist and extension specialist Max Gillies and the renowned and celebrated interior designer Cory Pope. Together the two have created what they call “a love letter to our passion and our clients.”

The House on Lovers is tucked away on the charming and trendy street of Lovers Lane, and its self proclaimed “AntiSalon” feel demonstrates an experience that is fueled by luxury and beauty. Education is at the for-front of our priorities and each member of the team goes through a year long apprentice program where they spend time learning and perfecting their craft.

The energy of the team mimics the high-end yet approachable feel of the space. Starting from our apprentice program Every colorist and stylist at The House on Lovers, is well versed and experts on but not limited to pulling inspiration from trends on the runway, to mimicking the way the sun naturally lightens the hair.
